You will be received in an old wine press room where I will open for you the doors to the wine world.
We will start with the discovery of the Chablis wines, sun exposure, subsoil, and the different steps of wine making.
We will continue with the aromas and flavours of wine, and the words used for this. 
We will put this knowledge into practice in a cheerful way by tasting a selection of wines, in a friendly atmosphere.
Also possible with the other wines from Yonne.
